thank you so much for you kind help. We're afraid that woman might get dogs from abroad, she imported chinese crested dogs from France years ago and it looks all disappeared..
In her home backyard was found a rottweiler female in good condition.. my opinion is that she was doing private experiments on those two poor rescue grey... they were not only left without food and water but full of thicks!
